Everyone loves the idea of taking games with them wherever they go and so the demand for mobile games has exploded. Today there are thousands of games to sift through but here is a short, comprehensive list of some of the favorites.

1. Pocket Uno

One of the most popular card games in the world is now available for use on your mobile device. Some features include, Multilanguage, game progress auto-save, stylus-free game play and 3-level opponents AI. Just follow the song Simon is playing note for note and you win. This freeware game was written with VB.net compact framework for Windows Mobile devices (Smart phone and PPC), with OS 2003/WM5.

4. PocketMoku v0.1

This game is based on the popular G-Moku board game. The objective is to complete a continuous line of five x’s or five o’s on a large grid, in some ways it is a more complex version of Tic-Tac-Toe. System requirements are Windows Mobile 2003 or higher.

5. Bombsquad

This game is identical to the extremely popular “Minesweeper”, this game offers a bunch of customizable options and control takes place with the use of a stylus.

6. Pocket Man

Pocket Man is an exact replica of the world famous Pac Man game. It has a new modern look and offers plenty of features such as variable difficulty, sound and music, stylus and keyboard control and Resume Game option. It only requires Windows Mobile 2003 and higher.

This game is very similar to Space Invaders but is considerably better. The game can run on most all Windows Mobile PDAs, it has beautiful graphics and responsive controls. Only drawback is the game ends suddenly as if it were never finished. This is definitely a must-have game.
